We passionately believe that businesses should offer their customers excellent service, whilst improving their margins.

Our Story

Our team have decades of successful experiences delivering quality software solutions to businesses across the globe, from blue chips to small startups. We found that there are a few common truths. Increasingly there’s a need to make an impact quickly with a limited budget. In the last few years we have seen the acceleration of cloud solutions employed by LOB as a way achieve this, and to some extent this has been successful. However, the proliferation of such point solutions, in some ways just kicks the can down the road.

Next, we look at your goals for the POC project and beyond. It is imperative that we are on the same page and have clear goals for the project. Only if we all agree the goals are achievable, we’ll move to the next stage, which is developing a proof of concept or pilot.

Once we agree the goals and success measures for the POC, we’ll provide access to the 5s platform free of charge for the agreed duration. One of our process experts will be made available to work with your team to review the processes, build the forms, workflows and integration.

Intuitive Code-Free Designer

Start building your processes with the intuitive drag and drop interface. Draw your process flow without the usual restrictions of many BPMN tools. Then assign SLA, Roles, Priorities, Escalations, Notifications as appropriate. Manage multiple versions of workflows such a test, staging and production. No programming, technical knowledge or complex training required.

Integrated Flexible Forms

The easy to use WYSIWYG Form designer can be mastered by technical and business people alike, to build beautiful, themed feature rich forms. Capture information from customers, suppliers and staff, and allow it to flow throughout the process. Supports 2-way integration with 3rd party systems so no re-keying necessary.

Flexible Access Control

Flexible role-based permissions allow users from inside and outside your organization have the appropriate access to data and workflow steps. Importantly roles are mapped per workflow so the same person can have different access levels for different workflows, more accurately reflecting the way connected businesses work.

Initiate from Anywhere

Processes are initiated in response to a request, scheduled task or a digital stimulus. Typical requests include electronic forms, emails, and documents, however we are seeing an increasing use of IoT devices, where they send data to be collated, analyzed and trigger a request when appropriate. Intelligent Routing & Queueing

In all cases, requests are routed by the AI routing engine. The system will pull in any required data from other sources and map to the right process, then queue in the appropriate state and priority to best meet the SLA. Automated queue management.

SLA Tracking & Escalations

Built in SLA tracking at process and step level. Designers can set the multiple SLA thresholds which automatically triggers various escalation actions, such as an increase in priority, email/SMS alert, system notifications, loop in management and new action. This means you can choose when or how you deal with escalations to make sure SLAs are met.

Workflow Client

Responsive cloud-based client provides robust out of the box features to manage workloads and effectively collaborate with colleagues, customers and suppliers. Features are enabled based on the user’s role as well as the task they are working on. Work is presented in priority order and provides visual cues as such (RAG) as well as other key metrics to ensure SLA are met. Dashboard provide a high-level view of what’s going on in the business.

Customer Portal

A public facing portal allows you to publish forms to allow your customers and suppliers to better interact with your business, by submitting requests and tracking progress online. Provide authenticated and unauthenticated access deepening on the service offering. Improve your customer’s experience and reduce failure demand.

Mobile Apps

Native iOS and Android app are provided to allow mobile workers to engage the the process, by receiving requests, handling offline and syncing as and when they have connectivity again. An executive dashboard provides key KPIs and notifications so executives can manage by exceptions. Integrates offsite workers, keeps executives in the loop.

Document Management

The document management module allows users to tag, securely upload and store any electronic document. Documents may be reference material that can be searched for via the tags and document content or stored as part of a workflow. All changes are tracked and version controlled, ensuring users are always looking at the latest and greatest.

Reporting

Real-time and historical reports track of performance at various levels, including SLA, process, task and user. Track requests by process, customer, region, store or any other user defined metric. Detailed analytics visually highlight bottlenecks so you can focus your attention in the right areas.

Auditing

A comprehensive and tamer proof audit log keeps track changes so you can see who did what and when. Users can see a timeline that show status updates, data updates, comments, documents and escalations. A visual overview of the workflow provides a high-level view of what’s happened and what will happen next.

Built in the Cloud

Designed and built for the cloud from the ground up. That means you have access to the platforms over the Internet (“the cloud”). The platform can scale as you do, provide better performable and higher availability. It also means that you have a predictable cost model as you only pay the subscription, and no other costs such as hardware, software licensing, maintenance and support.

Integration

Workflow steps can be handed off to your CRM, Finance, Office365 etc and await progress. This allows you to glue together disparate systems into a coherent process. Indeed, it’s possible to fully orchestrate a process without human intervention. Designers can hook into the API or utilize 3rd party tools like Zapier.
